We offer 2 levels of diagnostics.

Computer diagnostics

This is a service where we plug in a computer and read out the codes. This process is included when we are carrying out a service. The computer will tell the technician what sensor has brought on the engine light for example. In many cases this can distinguish deposits from the entire intake system.

Diagnostics

In this service, we place a highly skilled technician who is specifically trained in the understanding of a vehicles electrical system and has extensive knowledge of the equipment used to interface with your cars on board systems and components.

Proper diagnostics is a painfully difficult process and can take many hours in some cases.

Many garages cannot offer this service resorting to charging a customer computer diagnostics and moving them on to another garage.
